Photo Archives: Ordering Reproductions
The Duggan Library Photo Archives provides reasonably priced reproductions of these materials for your personal or commercial use. The income from these fees helps to partially recoup the costs of ink, paper, CD's, DVD's and processing time utilized in the effort to provide access to these important materials. To order reproductions, contact Robert Moore at moore@hanover.edu or 812-866-7182 or contact Doug Denne at denne@hanover.edu or 812-866-7181. Please state your intended use as described above.
Please note that at this time the Duggan Library is only able to provide limited support for in-house image duplication services (digital prints). Priority will be given to "academic use" requests, which is defined as images that will be used in courses, papers, or handouts.
Costs for Images
The Duggan Library does not seek to make a profit from the charges of incurred from photographic reproduction. The costs assigned here are merely to partially recoup the costs of ink, paper, cd's, and processing time.
Hanover Constituents
Hanover Constituents are faculty, staff, students, and alumni. This excludes departments such as the Admissions Office, Alumni Relations, etc. Academic use is defined as images that will be used in courses, papers, or handouts. This excludes image use for publications. If the image is used in a publication, there is a fee of $25 in addition to processing fees. Non-Academic use is defined as the use of images for decoration or for research not pertaining directly to course work.
