The Duggan Library offers a number of services to assist students, faculty, staff, and other members of the Hanover College community in finding and using information resources. The reference staff give individual research assistance at the Reference Desk or by appointment, assist users with using print resources, electronic databases, and online searching, and collaborate with faculty to teach classes on research methods.
Reference Hours:
Reference librarians are available Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m and Monday - Thursday 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. when classes are in session.
From 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. on weekdays the reference librarian on duty is available on call. Please ask at the circulation desk to have the librarian on duty paged.
At times when the reference desk is closed, please complete a "Request for Reference Assistance" form, available at the circulation desk, describing your reference need. A librarian will then contact you as soon as possible.
