  • If the item you are requesting belongs to the Library, please indiciate the call number. If the item is a personal copy, please enter "personal" in the call number field.

Notes/Special Instructions:

* Please bring in materials to be placed on reserve at least four (4) days before the beginning of the term, or earlier if you have them ready. All materials will be placed on reserve in time if we are given the alloted days suggested above.

** If you are just adding materials to a pre-existing reserve list you will need to give us at least twenty-four (24) hours to get them completed. (Please refrain from bringing articles over on the day that the class needs them.)

*** All reserve materials are removed from active reserve at the end of each term unless you have specifically stated otherwise. Pick up your personal copies of books and articles promptly at the end of term.

**** We will do our best to place all articles on reserve as quickly as possible. However, if the articles do not meet copyright guidelines they will be pulled from reserve and we will contact you immediately. Thank you.
